Susan “Susie” Selock, LCSW

Susie received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth College, Monmouth, Illinois and her MSW degree from the University of Illinois. She has been a resident of Southern Illinois for over 40 years and worked for 32 years in the Child Protection field with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).

After leaving DCFS, she worked at the SIUC School of Social Work for 4 years. She has experience doing private adult and child therapy and specializes in anxiety, depression, healthy relationships, spirituality and child welfare issues. Susie is happy for the opportunity to work with the team of professionals at New Life Weight Loss Center to provide services for those willing to make the commitment to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
